The project form collects your name, email, chosen service and project description. Company, budget and timing are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health records or other sensitive information.
How it is used
CavrixTech uses these details to review your enquiry, discuss project suitability and communicate with you about the proposed work. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list. Project and contractual records may be created separately if an engagement proceeds.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and displayed in an inbox restricted to the site owner. Website hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process data to operate the website, which may involve processing outside your country. CavrixTech is based in India.
Technical information
The form creates a daily pseudonymous identifier from network information, or your email if network information is unavailable, to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not saved in enquiry records by this application. Hosting providers may process network and request information to deliver and protect the service. No advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics have been added to this website.
Keeping and managing your information
Enquiries are retained for follow-up and management of potential engagements. This website does not apply automatic deletion after a fixed period. Contact team@cavrixtech.com to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted details. Any applicable legal or contractual retention requirements will be considered when responding.
